NEW Free Training - Pre-Apprenticeship Call Centre trades program
Interested in taking calls and serving them or providing information and assurance for clients needing technical assistance? We are offering Level One industry-standard training for contact centre agents. You can choose from either Customer Service Agent or Technical Support Agent.
Goal: To train adults support desk call centres. Agents help customers calling into the company to ask about products and services.
Eligibility: Completion of high school diploma so that Level One training and unpaid work experience can be completed by January 2017.
Benefits: Direct Level One training with teacher, rehearsal for job interviews and customer calls, experience in a call centre environment.
September-November - Level One Training (for students with Grade 12 diploma)
November - January - Unpaid Workplace Experience (on-site training in call centre)

To See If You Are a Fit: Call 519-675-4436 to meet with the Pre-Apprenticeship coordinator. If eligible, you will be invited to complete our qualifying assessment (held every Wednesday at 9:00 AM.) Successful candidates can begin classes the following day.
